The well-regarded Palermo, who is also the publisher of Casino Development News, says that market demand from the Denver metropolitan area is strong, with only about 2/3 of overall market potential being absorbed by area casinos, leaving an unmet demand of $327.6 million. The current lien holder will consider funding a purchase money loan to a new buyer, based on lender qualifications and term.
