Illusions Canyon - Sedona, Arizona It's been about 5 years since I was here. Back then this was my favorite technical slot canyon. I wondered how it would hold up after all these years and all the canyons I've done in between. It's still my favorite. Absolutely amazing day, mind-blowing canyon and great group of guys. Already want to go back.... Disclaimer: This is a technical slot canyon. That means it requires rappelling, pothole escape knowledge, wetsuits, helmets and all that other stuff. This is a canyon that canyoneers work up to. It's not something for beginners. This was my third time through and it's different each time.
