Whether the jackpot is $1,200 or $15,000, that’s my rule of thumb. On rare occasions, I’ll tip more if the moment feels right. But generally? $20 is the number. Now let’s do some quick math… I hit anywhere from 10 to 40 jackpots a day, bouncing from casino to casino. Let’s say I hit 20 jackpots: 20 x $20 = $400 in tips And keep this in mind: Hitting 20 jackpots does NOT mean you’re up. In fact, most jackpots just cycle right back into the same machine.
